Description
Key Responsibilities:
 * Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
 * Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
 * Support change management processes.
 * Support managers on employee relations issues.
 * Provide guidance on performance management and career development programs.
 * Collaborate internally to deliver HR projects and initiatives.
Profile
Profile:
 * A strong educational background in Human Resources.
 * Proven experience in an HR BP role, ideally having managed a small team or have the desire to develop a team.
 * Fluency in English and French. Good knowledge of German is a plus.
 * Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, Swiss employment law.
 * Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
 * Willing to travel across Romandie.
