Job Description: Field Sales Specialist
smiti AG, based in Horgen, specializes in leasing and placing specialists in IT, HR, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Merchandise.
For our client in the Lausanne area, we are looking for a Field Sales Specialist – (a) – Permanent position – (2024).
Responsibilities
* Proactively acquire new customers within a defined sales territory.
* Conduct sales meetings and provide on-site, personalized customer consultations.
* Present products and services, clearly explaining benefits and features.
* Implement targeted measures to increase market share in the region.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and excellent service.
* Continuously monitor the market to identify potential sales opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
* Ensure smooth order processing through coordination with various departments.
Profile
* Completed vocational training.
* Several years of experience in field sales, with a strong understanding of figures.
* Solid sales experience, ideally with knowledge of the Swiss market.
* An existing professional network is an advantage.
* Career changers are welcome.
* Technical understanding.
* Fluent in French; knowledge of additional national languages is a plus.
* A clean record is required.
