These assays will be applied to liquid biopsies, tissues, and in vitro models to discover and validate disease biomarkers, identify new drug targets, and elucidate drug mechanisms.
Leading biomarker discovery projects across our therapeutic areas.
This includes being accountable for the timely implementation of assays, generating project reports, and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
Serving as an ambassador for our in-house and outsourced activities, providing expertise on experimental study design and analytical frameworks.
Must Haves: Ph D in Biochemistry or a related field Ideally post-doctoral research experience in biomarker discovery and validation, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry Biomarker experience within Ph D or first industry experience in a related field Expertise as a highly skilled experimentalist, capable of designing and executing complex studies using both targeted and untargeted MS and preferably also non-MS based approaches (e.g., Olink)Exceptional competency in processing, analyzing, and interpreting both MS and ideally also non-MS based data Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English A customer-focused mindset, with a drive for growth and a questioning attitude.
