Your tasks / field of activity
Management of investment projects of various sizes in a GxP-regulated environment
Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams including interface management with customers and internal departments
Responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality across all project phases
Ensuring a smooth flow of information and promoting team spirit
Holistic project management including scope, change and budget management as well as role clarification in the team
Operational implementation including tenders, contract awards and contract processing
Moderation of risk, GMP and safety analyses as well as continuous project monitoring with structured stakeholder reporting
Collaboration in project acquisition and in particular the preparation and calculation of quotations.
Regular implementation of lessons learned and other measures for continuous improvement
Your profile
Completed studies in the field of engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in managing technical investment projects, ideally in a pharmaceutical or chemical environment
Experience in projects with external sub-planners
sound knowledge of project management and project execution.
German at native speaker level, business fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritize and strong decision-making skills
Strong ability to think abstractly and analyze complex project situations holistically
Completed studies in the field of engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
