*Stein***Your Responsibilities****Synthesis:**
Independently execute synthetic routes in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner.
**Route Design:**
Contribute to the design and optimization of synthetic pathways using your chemical expertise and digital tools.
**HSE Compliance:**
Perform detailed risk assessments and follow internal HSE standards for all experiments and raw materials.
**Documentation:**
Record all experimental work with high scientific accuracy to support reproducibility, digital integration, and IP protection.
**Problem‑Solving:**
Troubleshoot synthetic challenges independently and as part of a project team.
**Continuous Development:**
Stay up to date with modern synthetic methodologies and contribute to improvements in lab processes and workflows.
*Must haves****Master’s degree in synthetic/organic chemistry**
,
*or**3–5 years of industrial experience**
following completion of a chemistry apprenticeship.
Strong practical experience in*synthetic organic chemistry**
, including reaction design, purification, and structural analysis.
Ability to work*independently**
as well as collaboratively in cross‑functional project teams.
Proficiency with software tools for synthesis design and data analysis.**Fluent English**
(written & spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.
