Specialist Innovation Checks (m/f/d) 60% - 80%
In this position as a specialist in our National Programs and Innovation Checks department, you will process funding applications for innovation checks, from the submission of applications to the completion of the preliminary study/project. The innovation check helps start-ups and SMEs in Switzerland to test innovative ideas in collaboration with a research partner.
The position is initially limited to one year, with the possibility of extension.
Your tasks:
* You will work at the interface with applicants, experts, and the Innovation Council and, together with your colleague, ensure the efficient and smooth administrative processing of applications—from submission to payment of funding.
* You will check whether applications can be forwarded to our experts and the Innovation Council for assessment.
* You will be responsible for issuing decisions once applications have been approved or rejected.
* You will monitor ongoing Innovation Check projects until their successful completion.
* You will advise and support start-ups, SMEs, and research partners and always ensure professional and customer-oriented communication with the various stakeholders.
* You will contribute to the continuous development of processes and tools.
* You will participate in projects and represent Innosuisse at events and functions.
Our requirements:
You have a higher vocational qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience or a vocational qualification with 4-7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent). You have experience in process management and very good knowledge of common MS Office tools.
You are interested in project administration and have an above-average service orientation. Your strengths include a structured, systematic approach to work, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of independence. Working efficiently and results-oriented under time pressure is no problem for you. Reliability and adherence to deadlines are important prerequisites for the successful fulfillment of these tasks.
You enjoy working independently and with a high degree of personal responsibility. You can easily integrate yourself into a team and are highly flexible. Good written and verbal communication skills, very good knowledge of two national languages, and English round off your profile.
