To strengthen our Commercial Division in Lugano and Zurich, we are seeking a Head of Real Estate Sales with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, proven leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the real estate sector. We are looking for a structured, results-driven, and inspiring professional capable of leading a high-performing sales team while contributing to the broader commercial strategy of the Group. The position involves constant travel between Lugano and Zurich as required, with the main office located in Lugano. Applications that do not meet the requirements will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities Developing and managing residential property sales along the Lugano–Zurich corridor, with a particular focus on completing transactions
Building and managing a portfolio of German-speaking Swiss clients interested in investing in Graubünden (a new and rapidly expanding area) and Ticino
Proactively identifying and approaching new clients and investors
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key real estate partners (agencies operating throughout Switzerland) to provide local sales support;
Leading negotiations and closing property deals.
Define and execute the commercial sales strategy across residential and commercial projects
Monitor performance targets, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement measures
Oversee key client relationships and support high-value negotiations with private and institutional clients
Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and asset management teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings
Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic sales role
Proven track record in real estate sales and business development
Excellent knowledge of the Swiss market
Fluent German, English and Italian
Strong ability to manage and close sales negotiations
Excellent organisational and coordination skills
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on commercial performance;
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and develop a professional network
Swiss citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit
Own car and willingness to travel regularly along the Lugano–Zurich area.
