Job Description
* Manage network services to meet defined SLAs/OLAs
* Coordinate with external service providers as required
* Monitor and maintain the stability of the network infrastructure
* Perform incident and change management activities
* Document network infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures
* Provide 24×7 on-call support as part of a rotation
* Implement new network services/systems where required
* Report on network service performance and availability
* Conduct capacity planning for network resources
* Apply ITIL-based processes to the network environment
* Develop and deliver customer-oriented services
* Organize trainings and workshops on network-related topics
* Support the implementation of the company’s IT security policies within the team’s scope
* Define security concepts for network services in collaboration with the Cyber Security team
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of relevant experience as a firewall administrator and network engineer, ideally in a multinational environment
* Certifications: CCNA (or equivalent)
* Proven ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience
* Strong skills in preparing and executing changes with accuracy and reliability
* Ability to identify improvement opportunities in network services and processes
* Self-driven, able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
* Experienced in collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams
