During your university internship you will help Swisscom’s 2nd/3rd Brand Marketing team to tap into new areas of growth. You will manage and develop direct marketing campaigns for private customers, informing internal channels and our external agency, coordinating planning, and implementing marketing activities. You will also prepare reports, analyses, and keep an eye on performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
Design and implementation of direct marketing measures to develop customer value, sales, and customer satisfaction, while acquiring new customers, taking into account the current market situation.
Collaboration in short-, medium-, and long‑term planning and conception of direct marketing activities for a specific product field across all channels.
Support in the management of one‑to‑one sales channels, optimal use and orchestration of channels with regard to efficiency and effectiveness.
Support of the marketing team in the coordination and implementation of various marketing measures/projects.
Independent work and implementation as a matter of course.
Your Skills
Recent degree (university/technical college) in economics (no longer than one year).
Good understanding of digital products & IT projects.
Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of A/B testing is an advantage.
Initial experience in managing small marketing projects and moderating or presenting.
Experience in creating campaign reports and deriving concrete optimization measures is an advantage.
Good balance of numerical thinking and creativity, confident handling of numbers, data, and facts.
Highly goal-oriented with a can‑do attitude, independent way of working, and team player qualities.
Very good German and English.
