 
        
        The Operations Manager is both the strategic backbone and the steady voice of the business—managing systems, communication, and coordination across clients, agents, and vendors.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes yet is confident connecting with clients and leading operations with excellence. The right candidate loves systems and checklists as much as they love helping people feel informed and supported through complex processes.
You’ll oversee business operations, communications, and agent meeting coordination, as well as provide light executive assistant support as the team continues to grow.
This is a full-time, remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.

Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Build, implement, and manage business systems for client services, database management, and operations.
Confidently communicate with clients by phone, text, and email—building rapport, answering questions, and helping guide them through what can feel like a complex process.
Support Ryan by managing communication flow, responding to inquiries, and ensuring consistent client follow-up.
Coordinate and lead team and agent meetings, managing agendas, accountability, and follow-up tasks.
Oversee operational processes from listing and buyer prep through closing, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional service.
Develop and maintain an Operations Manual documenting all systems, standards, and procedures.
Manage virtual assistants, vendors, technology platforms, and business metrics to drive efficiency and performance.
Provide light Executive Assistant support, including inbox management, scheduling, and correspondence.
Qualifications
Real estate operations or administrative experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—confident and professional on the phone.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities; able to create trust and calm in complex situations.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
Tech-savvy and systems-oriented; experienced with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and transaction platforms.
Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and skilled at anticipating needs before they arise.
A natural leader who can run meetings, track accountability, train team members, and help drive team alignment.
