Field Service Engineer Position
We are seeking an Electronics Engineer responsible for managing pre-sales and post-sales processes, working closely with customers to meet their needs, and contributing to product design improvements by voicing marketplace insights.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage pre-sales and post-sales activities, including defining customer needs, budgets, and solutions.
* Adapt products to specific customer needs as required.
* Collaborate closely with sales and product development teams.
* Install, maintain, and support electronic systems and data-driven solutions.
* Demonstrate products and conduct customer training sessions.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for complex technical issues.
* Travel approximately 35% within Europe.
Requirements:
* BSc or MSc in electronics or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role, including on-site customer support.
* Experience with customer/application engineering focused on budget management.
* Hands-on experience with electronic systems.
* Proficiency in English and German; additional languages like Italian, French, or Spanish are a plus.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and commercial awareness.
* Ability to simplify technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented, methodical, patient, and calm.
