We are seeking a passionate, driven and dedicated Event VIC Experience Manager who will conceive and deliver exceptional events and experiences for Chanel’s top clients in Switzerland, thus elevating the client experience and reflecting the brand’s enduring values. /p pAs a key member of the Switzerland Fashion team, you will work in close partnership with the Client Strategy Manager and boutique‑level Marketing Clienteling Managers, ensuring that every event and experience is strategically aligned and locally relevant. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pWork closely with the Client Strategy Manager to ensure all events and VIC experiences support the broader client engagement strategy. /p pEmpower boutique Marketing Clienteling Managers by providing guidance, resources, and support for in‑boutique events and client experiences, ensuring brand consistency and local impact. /p pPartner with the Regional Events and Client Engagement teams: /p pDeploy regional event and experience programs locally, adapting them to the Swiss market and boutique needs. /p pShare local insights, feedback, and performance results with regional teams to inspire and inform regional strategy. /p pEnsure Swiss events and experiences reflect both regional and global standards and ambitions. /p pFoster regular communication and collaboration with boutique and regional teams to tailor events and experiences to both local client preferences and overall regional objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h31. Event Conception Execution /h3 pDesign and propose an annual event plan aligned with market priorities, in collaboration with the Client Strategy Manager and boutique Marketing Clienteling Managers. /p pGuide boutiques in the orchestration of in‑boutique events, ensuring alignment with client engagement objectives and brand guidelines. /p pLead end‑to‑end production of market‑level events: venue selection, logistics, supplier management, on‑site operations, and troubleshooting. /p h32. VIC Experience Engagement /h3 pDevelop bespoke event experience journeys for top clients, collaborating with boutique teams to ensure seamless and exclusive experiences at every touchpoint. /p pSupport and advise boutiques in the design and execution of in‑store luxury experiences and hospitality services. /p pProvide the regional team with up‑to‑date market trends and competitor event insights through regular competitive reports, helping to shape and elevate our event strategy for Top Clients. /p h33. Event Performance Community /h3 pAnalyze event performance (KPIs, feedback, ROI) and share learnings with market, boutique, and regional teams. /p pAnimate and nurture an event community, fostering best practice sharing across boutiques and the market. /p h34. Budget Compliance /h3 pManage event budgets, supporting boutiques in local budget tracking and optimization. /p pEnsure compliance with brand standards and legal requirements for all events and experiences. /p h3ABOUT YOU /h3 pAcademic background with minimum 8 years’ experience in event/project management, ideally in luxury or client service industries. /p pProven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at market and boutique level. /p pStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. /p pCreative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. /p pFluent in French and English; German is a plus. /p pFull time position based in Geneva. /p pWant to know more about working at CHANEL? /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
