11. You bring several years of experience in project management, ideally in a digital transformation or software/tech environment.
12. You are confident in applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and enjoy helping teams grow these capabilities.
13. You are skilled at coordinating complex, cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
14. You work in a structured, proactive way and thrive in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
15. You are an excellent communicator who builds trust, drives alignment, and manages expectations with clarity.
