The products are used worldwide in rail vehicles, e-buses and e-trucks or construction machines. To strengthen this motivated team, we are looking for a committed and experienced mechanical design engineer with interest in power electronics. /ppbr /The work model for the role is: hybridbr /br /This role is contributing to the Rail Systems Business Line in Untersiggenthal.br /br /bYou will be mainly accountable for: /b /pullipMechanical engineering and design of complete converters and cooling units /p /lilipCreate, maintain, and manage product data within PLM systems (Product Lifecycle Management) /p /lilipPlan and perform validation tests, particularly for cooling performance and structural strength /p /lilipSupport production during the introduction of new products and contribute to product maintenance and continuous improvement. /p /lilipCreate technical specifications and clarify technical requirements with suppliers and customers /p /lilipSupport the sales organization during the concept development and quotation phase /p /li /ulpbr /You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. /p /pppbr /bQualifications for the role: /b /pullipTrained and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with further technical school (TS), or bachelor’s /master’s degree in mechanical engineering. /p /lilipExperience with CAD and ERP systems, ideally Creo and PTC Windchill /p /lilipSolid English skills, German is preferred /p /lilipOpen, collaborative team player with a hands-on and approachable working style /p /lilipApplications from early-career professionals and motivated graduates are also welcome. /p /lilipPreferably experienced in the design of power electronic equipment for rolling stock, automotive, or other vehicle applications /p /li /ul /p p Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
