Description
As a SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Senior/Lead Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enhance HR and talent management processes.
This is a full-time, ongoing position as a W2 Employee
Requirements
Lead client strategy sessions to assess current HR processes and align them with future business goals.
Guide clients through the SuccessFactors Onboarding implementation, ensuring best practices and seamless adoption.
Conduct periodic meetings to track project progress and address client needs.
Maintain in-depth expertise on SuccessFactors configuration, integration points, and industry best practices.
Support pre-sales efforts by delivering product demonstrations to potential clients.
Qualifications & Experience
Certifications:
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification (Associate or Professional) required.
Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
Experience:
3–4 years of hands‑on SuccessFactors experience.
Contributed to 7+ SuccessFactors projects overall.
