Responsibilities
* Precisely process exhaust nozzles and plugs manually.
* Rivet, manufacture, and install nozzle skin doublers with exacting standards.
* Perform essential sheet metal work and assemble/disassemble nozzles for various engines.
* Conduct in‑process inspections to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
* Balance time, cost, and quality while maintaining high productivity.
* Follow industry standards, safety regulations, and 5S principles.
* Help improve shop processes for better quality, safety, and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Completed apprenticeship as a sheet metal worker or metalworker.
* Work independently with precision and reliability.
* Strong attention to detail and quality‑focused.
* Team player with a collaborative mindset.
* German skills at B1+ level and English skills at A2 level.
* Basic IT knowledge.
