We are searching a personne with experience in commerce, import-export, distribution of goods in retail market for our office in Nyon district.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end supply chain.
Accounting and handling of financial documents.
Prepare Clients' pricelists
Manage daily communications both internally and externally and follow up on pending matters
Handling customer inquiries via telephone and email.
Processing and managing incoming customers’ orders.
Placing suppliers’ orders and overseeing logistics.
Requirements:
Native level inFrench
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic verbal and written communication skills in German will be considered an asset.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant field.
3 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in using various software applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills; you communicate in a friendly manner and consistently treat others with respect. Ability to solve problems effectively.
Strong organizational skills, time management and multitasking
