HR Business Partner 80-100%
Your contribution:
You will have the unique opportunity to work with global & local business leaders and line managers of multiple divisions at our headquarters in Switzerland whereby you will work hands on, drive topics and projects forward and exemplify that HR matters! You will be part of our journey to bring talent attraction, people development and our HR processes to the next level.
Be the first point of contact for business leaders, line managers and employees of the assigned areas.
Partner with management to provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational & leadership development, annual HR Processes, and employee engagement.
Serve as talent advisor, facilitator, and champion to build and maintain strong succession pipelines for critical roles. Facilitate “People Sessions” to identify talents and advise on further development & retention efforts.
Support the talent acquisition plans for the assigned areas by overseeing all recruitment activities with support of our Talent Acquisition Partner. Participate to interviews wherever required.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering expert advice and solutions on a range of HR matters, from performance management to compliance with local labor laws.
Drive change management processes to support the organization's evolving needs, ensuring effective communication and transition strategies.
Responsible for or involved in global and local HR projects.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience (4 years or more) as an HR Business Partner/HR Manager in international organizations, with a track record of success in both local and global roles.
Deep understanding of Swiss HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environments.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and comfortable with data analysis to drive decision-making.
Curiosity, courage, enthusiasm, and a pronounced service orientation
Fluent in German and English
