Gamma SA is a company active for over 15 years in French-speaking Switzerland in the fields of Owner’s Representative Delegation (DMO), architecture, and construction management.
As part of the development of our activities, we are strengthening our team and looking for an experienced Architect / Project Manager, with a strong field, technical and project management orientation.
Main Mission
- Overall management and monitoring of projects, including administrative procedures with authorities
- Preparation of enquiry files and building permit applications
- Development and monitoring of schedules, budgets and measurements
- Design of plans for all project phases (preliminary design, execution, details)
- Coordination of consultants and contractors, verification of offers and partial site management
- Leading project meetings and cost control via Messerli
- Compilation of revision files and, where applicable, management of condominium and sales files
Your Profile
- HES or EPFL Architect with at least 3 to 4 years of experience
- Knowledge of Swiss construction standards
- Proficiency in ArchiCad, Autocad, MS Project, Messerli, Word, Excel software
- Ability to work independently while integrating effectively into a team
- Dynamic, proactive and responsive, you excel in project management, organisation and planning
- Analytical and synthetic skills to propose quick and effective solutions
- Availability for travel to sites in French-speaking Switzerland
