What is the role about?

If so, this role offers you the opportunity to design, test, and improve our Coriolis flow sensors in close collaboration with colleagues from R&D, quality assurance, and production. You’ll be part of our development team at our Production Centre in Reinach, working hands-on to shape sensor technology that sets industry standards.
Which tasks will you perform?
* You develop flow sensors in the field of Coriolis sensor development
* You design sensors and build them as prototypes
* You test and qualify the prototypes using internal and external systems
* You are responsible for product improvements, including investigations for root cause analysis
* You are responsible for defining test requirements
* You ensure that the sensor design complies with relevant international standards (compliance, metrological standards, pressure approval)
What do we expect from you?
* Have a degree in mechanical engineering (University of Applied Sciences, Technical University, ETH) or a comparable qualification
* Have completed an apprenticeship as a mechanic, design engineer, and/or further training as a mechanical engineering technician is an advantage
* Professional experience in industrial sensor technology and/or process and automation technology as well as knowledge of project management is an advantage
* Experience with CAD design (ideally using Creo Parametric) is an advantage
* You have a very good level of spoken and written German and English
* You have a quick grasp of new concepts, a well-organized and independent working style, and are characterized by strong communication skills
