We combine molecular, cellular, and in vivo approaches to uncover how RNA-based regulation shapes metabolism, signalling, and cellular function. Our work frequently employs high-throughput sequencing-based methods, such as ribosome profiling, along with extensive bioinformatics analyses. /p pWe are part of the National Centre of Competence in Research (NCCR) RNA Disease (). The work will involve mammalian cell and mouse models, providing opportunities to explore both fundamental mechanisms of translation regulation and their implications in disease contexts, such as cancer.
