We combine molecular, cellular, and in vivo approaches to uncover how RNA-based regulation shapes metabolism, signalling, and cellular function. Our work frequently employs high-throughput sequencing-based methods, such as ribosome profiling, along with extensive bioinformatics analyses. /p pWe are part of the National Centre of Competence in Research (NCCR) RNA Disease (). This Swiss research network fosters excellence and collaboration in the rapidly evolving field of RNA biology, aiming to translate fundamental discoveries into medical applications. As a member of this community, the successful candidate will benefit from networking and training opportunities across Switzerland and close interactions with leading RNA research groups in Lausanne, Zürich, Bern, Basel, and Geneva. /pppbbJob information /b /b /p /p pExpected start date in position : or to be agreed /p pContract length : 1 year /p pActivity rate : 100% /p pWorkplace : University of Lausanne, Dorigny /pppbbYour responsibilities /b /b /p /p pThe successful candidate will conduct an independent experimental research project within the overarching themes of the lab, focusing on how ribosomes contribute to intracellular signalling and translational control, including the role of ribosomal heterogeneity.
