Omya, a leading global producer of industrial minerals, seeks a Deployment Coordinator.
Responsibilities
* Act as the bridge between IT and OT to prepare and run smooth deployments.
* Coordinate IT tasks (network, cybersecurity, servers, databases, AD) with regional/local teams.
* Verify prerequisites before go-live (IPs, firewall rules, backups, licenses).
* Readiness & Cutover Support: plan and execute cutover with Project Managers and Experts.
* Align IT resources, schedules, and change windows.
* Handle escalations and drive GO/NO-GO preparation.
* Transition to Operations: ensure updated documentation, runbooks, ITSM routing.
* Confirm monitoring dashboards are set up.
* Facilitate smooth handover to Operations & Support.
* Manage, guide and coordinate IT for OT Coordinators in RAP and RAM.
* Harmonize working methods and deployment processes across regions.
Requirements
* Degree in IT, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
* Strong experience in IT/OT integration, industrial deployments, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with ITSM practices.
* Strong knowledge of IT/OT architectures and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP).
* Skills in troubleshooting across network/security/platform layers.
* Readiness to travel up to 40%.
