The Senior Consolidation Specialist will be responsible for managing the consolidation process of 15 legal entities, working in direct support of the Director FA&R. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, solid coordination skills, and a rigorous approach to group closing and reporting activities.
Responsibilities
* manage the Group consolidation process for 15 legal entities;
* prepare and post consolidation entrie;
* support the monthly closing activities of subsidiaries;
* monitor the application of Group accounting policies;
* coordinate with local and international finance teams;
* oversee intercompany reconciliations;
* support the preparation of the Annual Report and Semi-Annual Report;
* ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial reporting;
* act as a key point of contact for local Finance Managers on closing activities and accounting matters.
Hard Skills
* Degree in Economics, Finance;
* 4 - 5 years of working experience either in audit practice or in industry but within consolidation departments of multinational companies;
* fluent in English;
* proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Business Central (BC) and Tagetik is considered a plus;
* project Management skills.
