Resident Doctor – Oncology Chemotherapy Day Unit

Shifts: Weekdays only 8:00am - 6:00pm or 10:00am - 8:00pm
Salary: £78,000 - £87,000 depending on experience
What You’ll Do
* Provide medical cover to the outpatient chemotherapy day unit.
* Check outpatient prescriptions and protocols, approve medication.
* Build relationships with outpatients and work closely with world-renowned experts.
* Work within a team of oncology specialists to develop personalised private patient treatment plans tailored to individual needs and diagnosis.
* Deliver an integrative approach to cancer care that supports patients' physical, emotional and spiritual needs in the outpatient setting.
* Medically assess patients receiving chemotherapy and manage any emergencies with guidance of the consultant in charge.
What You’ll Bring
* Full GMC Registration and Licence to Practice in the UK
* Full MRCP qualification
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing oncology patients
* Commitment to teamwork, compassionate care, and delivering a first-class patient experience
* Motivation to develop within the role as cancer services expand
