Global Marketing Manager
This role is responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in product launches, market research, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Strategy & Market Insights: Contribute to the development of a global portfolio strategy by providing valuable insights into customer needs, market trends, and service requirements.
* Product Portfolio Marketing & Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on clinical data to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize revenue.
* Development Projects & Launch Excellence: Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches in close coordination with regional teams to define limited release and launch approaches.
* Market Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with different markets and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
* Education: University degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent working experience.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Marketing or Product Manager in an international environment in the med tech industry.
* Languages: Fluent in English, German at least B1.
* Skill Set: Analytical and structured way of working, intercultural competence, excellent communication skills, project management skills, high customer and market orientation, sound user of MS Office, travel 20%.
