Our experienced team trades natural resources around the globe. In our newly launched coffee trading desk, we supply premium Arabica green beans across Europe. We move fast, take calculated risks and give real responsibility from day one.
Responsibilities
* Actively develop and win new clients: specialty and commercial roasters, private-label partners, institutional buyers
* Drive sales of premium Arabica green coffee, negotiate contracts, pricing and terms
* Build and run your own profitable P&L book
* Represent Virtus at trade shows, cuppings and industry events across Europe
* Spot market gaps, create opportunities and position our coffees
* Manage hedging, risk and logistics to support your sales pipeline
Your Profile
* Minimum 7 years proven experience in green coffee trading with clear strength on the sales side
* Existing client contacts and a demonstrable track record of opening roaster doors
* Entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities where others see problems
* Solid grasp of European and global coffee markets and pricing dynamics
* Comfortable with futures, options and risk management
* Fluent English (Spanish and additional languages a plus)
* High energy, self-starter, ready to travel
