Our client is a private bank located in Geneva.
1. Network Security Management
o Designing, implementing, and maintaining resilient network architectures to mitigate cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
o Optimizing performance and enhancing security posture by implementing network segmentation and deploying traffic monitoring solutions, such as Network Access Control (NAC) and Firewalls, to fortify defenses against potential threats.
o Enforcing least privilege and trust access, verifying each user or machine request, by deploying Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
2. Security Systems Administration
o Administering security systems, including intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, and endpoint protection solutions.
o Monitoring security events and alerts, investigating potential threats, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
3. Data Protection
o Safeguarding sensitive information and preventing unauthorized access, transmission, or leakage of data within the bank.
o Implementing DLP technologies and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
4. Vulnerability Management
o Conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify security weaknesses in network infrastructure and applications.
o Developing and implementing remediation plans to address vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
5. Incident Response and Forensics
o Responding to security incidents promptly and effectively.
o Conducting forensic analysis to determine root causes, contain impacts, and prevent recurrence.
o Collaborating with internal teams and external partners for incident response and recovery.
6. Technical Documentation, Policies, and Training
o Maintaining comprehensive documentation of network and security configurations, policies, and procedures.
o Developing and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures.
o Providing security awareness training to employees.
7. Qualifications
o Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s in Information Security preferred.
o Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
o Good technical knowledge of operating systems and security technologies, including Fortinet solutions, Microsoft systems, vulnerabilities detection tools, SIEM, DLP, and networking standards.
o Knowledge of network infrastructure, risk concepts, and analytical skills.
o Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
