As Media Operations Specialist Intern you will be part of the Media Operations team and an essential part of the wider Forward team. Your role will consist in creation, setup, optimisation, reporting and analysis of media display in our markets worldwide. You will set up the campaigns to make sure they are set up in a timely manner and optimised to ensure the success of campaigns against agreed KPIs.
Responsibilities
Setup and manage campaigns end to end - from campaign set up to inventory/audience management to trafficking, optimisation and reporting
Ensure full delivery of all media campaigns through all tools and platforms liaising with all teams involved
Provide inventory avails across all markets and platforms
Flawless media operations and execution of sold campaigns
Provides campaign reporting both internally and externally, relationships with Sales and Account Management, recommending optimizations to improve outcome for clients
Troubleshoot campaign and creative issues using debugging tools and working with 3rd party vendors
Work closely with the data, mediatech and programmatic teams, to ensure smooth campaign execution and helping to build out key audience segments within the ad server and DMP
Essential:
English literate
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills and highly analytical
Abilities/ qualities
Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
Proactive team player
A fast learner who can work to tight deadlines
Self motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver
Highly organised and highly motivated to work in the field of digital advertising
Preferred:
Competent user of ad server technology (Google Ad Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Adform, and 3rd party tags)
Knowledge of CRM, programmatic execution, verification vendors, and data partners
Knowledge of Audience Data Collecting / Tracking; Audience Targeting best practices, media reporting and analytics
