: • Day-to-Day Coordination: Oversee and manage the CVP's daily activities, ensuring seamless operations.• Scheduling and Planning: Manage the CVP’s calendar, including organizing leadership team meetings, travel arrangements, and transformation-related activities.• Workplace Engagement: Play a pivotal role in creating an engaging and enjoyable workplace that attracts, retains, and develops talented individuals.• Calendar Management: Take charge of the functional annual calendar to ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Event Planning: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute events, from small gatherings to large-scale initiatives. Qualifications• Executive-Level Experience: Proven experience working closely with C-level executives is essential.• Administrative Expertise: A minimum of three years’ experience with administrative processes, ideally complemented by exposure to project coordination.• Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal, at a professional business level.• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Teams.• Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, demonstrating urgency, organization, and a structured approach to managing tasks.• Service Orientation: A proactive, solution-focused mindset, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
