Responsibilities
* Strategic and operational consulting for departments on all personnel-related issues
* Managing the entire employee lifecycle (Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Offboarding)
* Participating in HR projects such as Talent Management and Employer Branding
* Analyzing HR metrics and deriving actionable insights
* Conducting training and workshops on HR topics for managers and staff
* Supporting salary and performance management and legal employment matters
Qualifications
* Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ)
* Further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma
* Excellent knowledge of Abacus (Personnel and Payroll modules)
* Strong social and communication skills
* Resilient team player with a service-oriented mindset
* Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
* Good English skills; knowledge of additional Swiss languages (French, Italian) is a plus
