Objective of the job
The Administration & Operations Executive is responsible for providing excellent service and support to the International Sales Team, Distributors and Customers in the territory assigned to him/her. Main tasks are:
* Order handling
* Customer Management
* Sales Team support
* Liaise with all necessary departments regarding ongoing business, to ensure proper customer service across the line.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
All tasks will be performed accurately and promptly. Optimal customer satisfaction is the primary goal.
Order handling:
* Order entry
* Returned product handling
* Consignment- and car stock management
* In case of limited product availability coordinate product allocation and backorder handling
Customer Management:
* Key contact and support for customers worldwide (your accounts as well as accounts of colleagues when absent)
* Maintain history and traceability files for all customers
* Co-ordinate new customer approval process
* Maintain and control prices in system
* Manage and maintain distributor contracts
* Single point of contact for incoming complaint reports. Will coordinate further complaint handling upon receipt Complaint form.
International Sales Team Support:
* Support the International Sales Team with up-to-date customer information, data, reports, etc.
Sales Centre Support:
* Support the Sales Centre by means of providing customer data for reports, analysis etc.
Cooperation with all necessary departments:
Administration & Operation Executive is familiar with all aspects of order handling, including credit lines, shipping requirements, regulatory requirements, QA requirements etc.. Administration & operation executive will liaise with all applicable departments to get things done. Pro-activeness is key and will take the lead when required.
Quality:
* Perform functions in accordance with QMS & ISO requirements.
Requested profile
* College level education
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Customer Relations function in an international environment.
* An excellent level of business English (oral, written) is required.
* Experience with Exact or another ERP system is a must as well as experience with Windows Office.
