Responsibilities
1. Manage and lead marketing campaigns for services and global brand initiatives across the Swiss market.
2. Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from briefing through to execution, including creative development and media planning across both ATL and BTL channels.
3. Lead cross-functional campaign project teams, working in close collaboration with global and central departments (PR, social media, website, CRM) to ensure local market relevance.
4. Collaborate with in-house creative teams and external agencies (creative and print) to manage the production of campaign materials.
5. Liaise with store teams and regional managers to gather feedback pre-, during, and post-campaign, ensuring strong execution and feeding learnings into future initiatives.
6. Ensure that a campaign performance report ispleted for each initiative, tracking KPIs, capturing insights, and sharing learnings across the wider team.
7. Support the Marketing & Digital Director in the review and validation of creative assets prior to launch.
8. Manage campaign budgets, including accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting throughout the year.
9. Oversee the maintenance and reprint of customer-facing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and other brand assets.
10. Monitor brand performance metrics, such as brand consideration (Brand & Ad Tracker analysis) and service uptake KPIs ( volume of eye tests).
11. Measure ROI of advertising spend using tools such as Media Attribution analysis.
12. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all marketing campaigns.
13. Build and nurture strong cross-functional and agency relationships to enable efficient campaign execution and alignment.
Profile
14. Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.
15. Degree-level education, with 4 to 6 years of experience in marketingmunications for a consumer brand or service in a fast-paced environment ( FMCG, retail).
16. Proven experience in managing campaigns across TV, radio, digital, and social media.
17. Experience in managing and coordinating media and creative agencies.
18. Excellent project management,munication, and influencing skills.
19. A self-starter, results-driven, and highly motivated by customer impact.
20. Strong budget ownership experience across large-scale campaigns.
