What you can contribute
* Develop strategic foundations in the areas of marketing, recruitment and staff retention (plans and processes)
* Design personnel recruitment processes for the entire federal administration and take responsibility for operational processes
* Conduct market analyses, collect and evaluate indicators, and prepare reports
* Lead specialist groups and advise departments and administrative units
* Organise workshops and training sessions for the entire federal administration
What makes you unique
* Degree from a university of applied sciences and further training in marketing or human resources (HR) management, as well as several years of experience in marketing and personnel recruitment
* Strong interest in IT, knowledge of HR processes and excellent analytical skills
* Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and in leading strategic projects
* Communication skills, conceptual abilities, political sensitivity and advisory competence
* Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
* Very good written and spoken knowledge of two official languages and ideally passive knowledge of the third

Personnel, our business
The Federal Personnel Office (FPO) is responsible for personnel policy in the federal administration. It develops the foundations and instruments to manage and develop the personnel of departments and administrative units effectively. It defines personnel strategy, develops federal personnel law and manages human resources for the federal administration. Finally, it offers training and further education courses and operates the central computerised personnel management system.
