What You Will Do
* Partner with business leaders and managers to provide expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
* Lead and deliver HR projects across recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
* Analyze HR data and metrics to uncover trends, support business decisions, and recommend improvements.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
* Act as a change agent, supporting transformation and continuous improvement across HR functions.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of experience in HR consulting or a comparable HR advisory capacity.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate HR data and insights.
* Proficiency in HR data tools and reporting systems.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels.
* Project management experience and a solution-oriented approach.
* Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and employment law.
