You will support logistics-related process coordination within an operational environment. Your responsibilities include:

Requirements:
* Coordinating transportation, warehousing, dispatch and delivery schedules
* Monitoring and tracking shipments and resolving delays
* Maintaining accurate inventory and documentation for inbound and outbound goods
* Preparing shipping documents, customs paperwork and compliance records
* Supporting demand planning to ensure stock availability
* Analyzing stock turnover and utilization to optimize replenishment cycles
* Communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
* Supporting budgeting and reporting related to asset and stock planning
* Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing improvements
Competences:
* Completed apprenticeship or business school education; degree in business or similar is a plus
* 1-3 years of relevant coordination or logistics support experience
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Comfortable analyzing data to support planning and reporting
* Familiar with value chain / operational environments
* Confident working in both German and English
