Night Auditor 80-100%
Position at Audma GmbH in 4001 Basel (BS). Full-time working 80–100% with immediate permanent employment. Night and Sunday/holiday work required.
Responsibilities
* Check-in and check-out procedures, guest service and support.
* Recording and adjusting bookings in the PMS.
* Inventory and nightly closing of accounts.
* Guest orientations and tours of the hotel premises.
* General front office duties as needed.
Qualifications
* Fluent in German (oral and written); basic knowledge of English (oral and written).
* Commerce and accounting experience.
* Strong sense of trustworthiness and reliability.
* Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Experience with PMS software (Fidelio, Protel, Hogatex, etc.).
