Intro We are looking for a strong sales coordinator that will have the chance to work closely with the Heads of Department and General manager, and potentially grow into the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Responsibilies
The ultimate goal of this role is to generate new revenue opportunities and will be fully assessed based on the results
Identify and approach corporate clients, agencies, event planners, tour operators, etc.
Build a strong pipeline through outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and organize FAM Trips
Convert leads into corporate retreats, events, and group bookings for the hotel
Develop partnerships in Switzerland and key international markets to increase revenue
This is a hybrid role (partially remote – flexible setup to be discussed)
This role can be full-time or part-time (to be discussed)
Requirements
A natural sales hunter – you love opening doors and creating opportunities
Comfortable with cold outreach, building relationships, sales conversations and presentations
At least 1-2 years experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or business development
Ideally some experience with Hubspot
Fluent in English and French Required
European or Swiss Passport Required for Work Permit reasons
