OmniOn Power is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to support our expansion in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). The RSM will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement and driving sales of standard and custom power products within targeted applications. The role involves working closely with partners and maintaining key account relationships, with a focus on diversifying our regional market. The position is based in Switzerland and reports to the EMEA Region Leader.
About the Role - Responsibilities: Implement strategies to meet sales targets and acquire new accounts.
Lead sales initiatives, forecast revenue, and develop new business.
Manage and motivate distribution partners and independent representatives.
Build relationships with key accounts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for RFQs and agreements.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop proposals and responses.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage sales leads.
Address customer concerns and provide technical support.
Travel extensively within the region for customer engagement and industry events.
Maintain CRM data accuracy.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
At least 5 years in a sales role within the power industry, with 3 years managing a designated territory.
Effective communication skills in English.
Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time.
Required Skills: Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree.
Fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is preferred.
Experience in industrial applications like broadcasting, manufacturing, robotics, automation, or semiconductor testing.
Knowledge of DC Power architectures for communications, data centers, and industrial markets.
Experience with consultative sales processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred Skills: Interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead initiatives.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
Customer-focused and adaptable.
