IN DIESER ROLLE SIND SIE VERANTWORTLICH FÜR
Ermittlung des Materialbedarfs und Durchführung von Bestellungen bei zugelassenen Lieferanten
Sicherstellung optimaler Bestellmengen, Konditionen und Terminüberwachung
Pflege des gesamten Bestellprozesses und Stammdaten im ERP-System inkl. Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferterminen
Kontrolle und Freigabe von Rechnungen sowie Abstimmung von Zahlungen
Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, internen Abteilungen und Nefab Niederlassungen
ERFAHRUNG & KOMPETENZEN
Eine fundierte technische / kaufmännische Ausbildung
Ein fundiertes Wissen oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Einkaufsabwicklung in einem Produktionsbetrieb
Sie überzeugen durch Dienstleistungsorientierung, Freude am Lieferantenkontakt
Mit Office-Applikationen und ERP-Systemen sind Sie vertraut
SPRACHEN
Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch
sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
