Key Roles and Responsibilities
This is a hands-on position that involves implementing Previse software for clients within our project implementation framework.
You will work with clients to understand their ETRM requirements, configure the Previse software to meet those needs, test implementations, train users, and support go-live activities.
You will act as an intermediary between the client and our internal development team, ensuring delivery meets client requirements and quality expectations.
Main Tasks
* Conduct requirements workshops and analysis to capture customer needs
* Analyse complex requirements and develop solution definitions for enhancements
* Configure the Previse software to meet client requirements during implementations
* Collaborate with internal teams to analyse client requirements
* Develop specifications for business scenarios, solutions, and test cases
This role covers a wide array of activities, requiring knowledge of the software, the implementation life cycle, and the European Power, Gas & Emissions trading and operational landscapes.
About You
We are looking for someone with strong business analysis skills and a background in the Energy Trading Industry, as well as software development and implementation experience.
You should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
You will have at least 5 to 8 years' experience in hands-on IT implementations within a client-facing Professional Services team, ideally within the Energy or Trading sector.
