Application Engineer – Advanced Technical Support

Your tasks
Provide advanced application support for EDM technologies, including test cuts, customer support, technical training and demo applications.
Analyze, reproduce and resolve complex application issues, defining effective action plans for technical interventions when required.
Perform on-site customer support and field interventions worldwide, including international travel when needed.
Support technical evaluations, Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, demonstrations and benchmarking activities.
Collaborate with Product Management, R&D and internal experts to contribute to product, process and technology improvements.
Your profile
Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or a related field. Candidates with a technical diploma and solid relevant experience are equally encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of EDM processes, with hands‑on experience in Wire EDM and/or Die Sinking EDM considered a strong advantage.
Several years of experience with CNC machines, ideally including CAD/CAM programming.
Willingness to travel internationally for on-site customer support activities.
Fluent Italian and good English skills, ideally B2 level or higher; German is a plus.
