About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Food & Beverage Department in Zurich, the Restaurant Hostess is responsible for assisting the Restaurant team to always provide impeccable service to guests. The Restaurant Hostess reports to the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager. As Restaurant Hostess, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Welcoming the guests to the restaurant Helping with the wardrobe Seating the guests according to the plan Presentation of the menus Handling calls and queries Managing table reservations and walk-ins Complying with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines Our commitment to you: Learning & Development.
