Your missions:The System Security Manager (RSSI) is responsible for the management of ICT risks (Information and Communication Technologies) related to cybersecurity services, data protection, and operational resilience. This role involves close collaboration with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and to support the overall security and business continuity strategy.1. Governance and ICT risk control - Periodic updates of ICT risk assessments, and implementation of mitigation measures, and chairing the COMRISK IT, a governance body for ICT risks. - Monitoring and reporting of risk assessments for decision-making committees (COMEX, COMRISK). - Contribution to the definition and implementation of internal guidelines.2. IT Security and continuity - Coordination with external IT providers in managing security incidents, risk reporting, and implementing testing related to the design and maintenance of the continuity plan concerning systems (Business Continuity Management). - Management of security incidents, definition, and monitoring of the implementation of corrective measures.3. Outsourcing Management - Maintenance of an inventory of external IT controls, review of assurance reports (ISAE, etc.) and monitoring of continuity tests (Disaster Recovery Planning – DRP).4. Data extraction and analysis - Risk analysis and security incident assessment using data from IT and banking systems (logs, database extractions, transaction reports, risk, and performance). - Ability to understand business issues (compliance, audit) to contextualize analyses.5. Contribution to projects - Active participation in cross-functional projects with a risk or security component. - Monitoring of deliverables, security requirements, and risks.6.
