As Global Pricing Lead, you will support the launch of a key immunology asset by executing pricing strategy and ensuring alignment across global and local stakeholders.Job DescriptionDrive the execution of global launch pricing strategy for a late-stage pipeline asset in a specialty indicationLead the development and refinement of tiered pricing guidance, incorporating senior leadership feedback and competitive insightsCoordinate with external consultants to ensure robust pricing analytics and scenario modellingFacilitate the global rollout of pricing guidance to affiliates, supporting local launch preparation and governance processesMonitor global pricing policies, competitor activity, and market developments to assess potential risks and opportunitiesConduct and/or interpret international reference pricing (IRP) analyses to inform pricing strategy and launch sequencingPartner cross-functionally with Market Access, HEOR, Commercial, and regional/local teams to ensure alignmentContribute to key governance forums and provide clear pricing updates and recommendations to senior stakeholdersCo-lead cross-functional initiatives linked to global launch readiness and planning milestonesThe Successful ApplicantProven experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong focus on pricing and market accessDemonstrated expertise in global pricing strategy and execution, ideally for pipeline or launch productsSolid understanding of international reference pricing (IRP) and global pricing dynamicsExperience working with cross-functional global teams and country affiliatesStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendationsExperience managing external vendors or consulting partners is a plusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholdersPrior experience in specialty care or immunology is advantageousWhat's on OfferOpportunity to take on a high-impact global role supporting a major product launchExposure to senior stakeholders and global decision-making processesWork within a collaborative, international environment
