Collaborate across markets to deliver impactful campaigns, share best practices, and build a connected brand community.
Responsibilities Accelerate the growth of Doritos in Europe by strengthening core marketing fundamentals to drive household penetration.
Drive brand salience by building mental availability, ensuring Doritos is top-of-mind across markets.
Lead and unlock the full potential of the Formula 1 strategic partnership in Europe to deliver breakthrough consumer resonance and business results.
Orchestrate lift-and-shift activations by connecting anchor market campaigns and global toolkits with non-anchor markets, ensuring visibility of best-fit work and enabling efficient implementation at scale.
Foster a pan-European Doritos community by convening market brand leaders, sharing best practices, and solving common challenges collectively to accelerate brand growth across the region.
Qualifications Brand Builder & Growth Marketer - Proven track record of making brands loved and driving growth through marketing and communications strategies. Food experience is a plus.
Innovation & Platform Scaling - Track record of developing and scaling brand platforms and initiatives across in-home and out-of-home occasions.
Partnership & Stakeholder Leadership - Skilled at leading high-profile partnerships and influencing complex, multi-market organizations while constructively challenging the status quo.
Consumer & Culture Insight - Deep understanding of European consumers and local cultures, translating insights into relevant and engaging marketing.
European Market Expertise - Knowledge of key markets (France, Benelux, Spain, Poland) with ability to adapt strategies to local contexts.
Passion for Food, Culture & Sports - Strong connection to consumer lifestyles and category culture to ensure marketing feels authentic and resonates.
Decisive & Can-Do Attitude - Hands-on, decisive, and results-oriented; able to navigate complexity, deliver quickly, and inspire teams across markets.
