Ensure economic performance, budget control, and coherence between decisions and financial impacts. Supervise the management line in a logic of benevolent and empowering management, promoting clarity of roles and responsibilities. Develop the company while considering technological advancements, legal and environmental requirements, and opportunities related to the circular economy. Represent the company to shareholder municipalities, authorities, partners, and the media, and maintain a relationship of trust with all stakeholders. Ensure legal, regulatory, and safety compliance.Profile:Confirmed experience in managing a complex organization, ideally in a technical, industrial, parapublic, or multi-shareholder environment. Leadership ability to supervise a multidisciplinary team by responsibilities. Higher education level (university or HES) or an equivalent title. A CAS in circular economy is an advantage. Strong environmental sensitivity and marked interest in community service. Proficiency in institutional communication, as well as in managing public-private partnerships. You stand out for your stability, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility. Visionary and structuring, you know how to anticipate, decide, and assume trade-offs.
