Duties & Responsibilities
1. Telephone switchboard for Mendrisio and support for other locations
2. Reception of customers
3. Registration of entries and exits
4. Organisation of reception, meeting rooms, sorting incoming, and outgoing mail
5. Searching and booking flights, taxis, and hotels
6. HR and Logistics support
Required education, experience, knowledge
7. Diploma or equivalent
8. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
10. Excellent organizational skills
11. Multitasking and time-management skills
12. Ability to prioritize tasks
13. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
14. Good German knowledge is highly recommended
