About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Graphic Designer at 21Shares, where you will play a key role in defining and scaling our brand across global markets. You’ll bring clarity, consistency, and boldness to how we communicate visually, translating complex financial and crypto concepts into compelling, user-friendly design. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a designer who wants to work at a fast-paced, successful start-up and is looking to craft brand systems as they execute standout creative.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute end-to-end design for campaigns, digital ads, social media, web, presentations, sales collateral, merch, and more
* Translate complex ideas and data into clean, engaging, and digestible visual formats
* Manage and evolve the 21Shares visual identity across global regions
* Uphold design standards, ensuring all touchpoints reflect a cohesive brand experience
* Partner with external vendors, agencies, and printers to ensure quality output
* Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Executive teams to align design work with business goals
Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in graphic design, preferably in fintech, tech, or fast-paced startups
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign work, and storytelling across channels
* Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Experience designing for both digital and print, including social assets, decks, reports, event materials, and merchandise
* Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills
* Ability to work quickly and iterate in a high-growth, global environment
* Interest in crypto and willingness to continue learning as the space evolves
* Highly conceptual, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
* Ability to visually simplify complex topics
Bonus:
* Previous experience in finance, tech, or crypto
* Experience with motion design
* Experience sourcing and directing photo or video shoots
