The role oversees cost management, cash flow, customer accounts, inventory, and investment planning, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and cross‑functional alignment to achieve business objectives. /p ul liLead SGA forecasting and reporting, while driving cost control, cost center management, and optimization initiatives across the Business Unit /li liOversee accounts receivable performance, including customer account reviews, credit risk management, cash collection, and overdue reduction /li liCoordinate inventory forecasting, reporting and optimization initiatives in partnership with Supply Chain, ensuring compliance with Group policies /li liManage the financial oversight of Business Unit investments, including forecasting and fixed asset compliance in line with Group and SOX requirements /li liDrive cash flow planning, forecasting and improvement actions to support the Business Unit’s financial performance /li liSupport month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, ensure SOX compliance, contribute to audits and participate in strategic and continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration /li li5 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial environment and international business /li liExtensive experience of forecasting process, month‑end closing and reporting in an international group environment /li liIn‑depth knowledge of financial accounting standards (US GAAP) and internal audit/SOX requirements /li liExcellent command of Excel and other corporate tools (SAP, Citrix) /li liStrong communication skills and ability to communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders /li liCapacity to drive financial results towards strategic goals as well as continuous improvement mindset to challenge status‑quo /li liAbility to work in a dynamic environment, agility and pragmatism /li liDemonstration of ownership and accountability on financial processes to lead cross‑functional initiatives /li liFluent in both French and English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
