Information Technology Support Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Team Lead for a permanent role, responsible for leading a team of 10 specialists. The focus is on managing daily IT support operations (L1–L3), optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient and professional handling of all software-related customer requests. Must be fluent in German.
What you’ll do
* Lead and develop the IT support team of specialists and engineers
* Optimize support workflows (L1–L3) and implement triage and escalation processes
* Drive system integration (Zendesk – Jira), automation, and efficiency improvements
* Promote AI-driven solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
* Ensure knowledge sharing and provide training to your team
What you bring
* Background in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar (ITIL/leadership training is a plus)
* Experience leading IT Operations teams with a service mindset
* SaaS knowledge beneficial
* Strong communication skills, fluent in German and English (French a plus)
